Hello PrimerCherang — Online Doctor Consultation in Malaysia
Hello PrimerCherang is the online teleconsultation service of Primer Cherang Clinic,
a network of 30+ physical medical clinics across Malaysia. Consult a licensed Malaysian doctor over a
secure, encrypted video call, receive an e-prescription, and either have your medication delivered or
pick it up — then continue care in person at any Primer Cherang branch. We are PDPA-compliant and
available on web, iOS, and Android.
How online consultation works
- Choose a service and book a convenient time with our clinic doctors.
- Answer a short health questionnaire so the doctor can prepare.
- Join a secure video call with a licensed doctor (about 15–20 minutes).
- Get treatment & follow-up: e-prescription delivered or picked up, with optional in-clinic follow-up.
